Juggling is legal in the Carolina’s, both North & South. I can’t relate to it, but folks have been raised here doing it. Probably at the mouth of the canal. Have seen them there in the past.

I guess the laws on those jugs are different in SC than they are in NC and Va because up here you can use them but you have to stay within eyesight of them and they have to have your name and address on them too. You can't just throw them out and leave them like that.
