Juggling is legal in the Carolina’s, both North & South. I can’t relate to it, but folks have been raised here doing it. Probably at the mouth of the canal. Have seen them there in the past.

Heavy tackle is not needed, brother caught 82 pounder in tailrace at pinopolis on zebco 33, six lb. Test mono. It did take 2 hrs !
