It's settled Flathead are now my favourite fish to eat! And NO I DID NOT BURN THE FISH AHAHAHA! Well maybe the chips I did hahaha but I had so much fun filming this catch and cook. Thank you Damien! I remember making some fishcakes and omg it was insanely good! I actually did film that part on my gopro and didn't get it on frame also I forgot that I turned the camera on the tripod off. So I was just staring at a turned off camera hahaha! But I did really good for my first try and found it pretty easy tbh.
