NJ Outdoors I started using the silicon packs and they’ve been doing pretty good so far. With as much gear as I have I needed something a bit cheaper. Thanks for the info I may get some to try and see if I like em better.

Get some Mann’s baby one minuses they are square bills and they only dive about a foot to 2 foot. I tear the fish up with them everywhere

Bass Hole lol, what i did was i wrapped the band around the hooks twice and the slid the band up on the back of the lure. Worked pretty decent if it would stay there.

You're not the only one that uses BPS lures. I really like them and have been using them for years. Yeah I may have to change out the hooks but that's a small price to pay for the value of these lures when compared to the expensive brands. I'm all about the bang for the buck and like I used to tell my uncle the fish don't know how much the lure costs or what brand it is!!!

mackredsnapper got that right, and a majority of the BPS lures are actually manufactured by the big companies anyways, like the square bills are Strike King I beloved as well as the Enticer swim jigs and the list goes on. Thanks for watching.

i found the flipping hooks to have a better hook up ratio than EWG since the point is pointed up. with the tube flipping hooks it seems the poinr is lined up with the eye similar to a EWG. Did you notice any loss of hookup ratio with the tube hooks. A regular flipping hook is so hard to rig straight you really have to focus. I feel like the plastic keeper is at the wrong angle. fantasic video of a complete arsenal of weapons. great tips and production of video!!!! love the labels and organization

Oh yeah and the BPS version of the flicker shad is awesome as well. I use both the Berkley and BPS and love them. I noticed BPS did go up in price on their version but they do sell a similar house brand shad lure that I want to try. There aren't any reviews on their site yet but it looks good XPS Sonar Shad is the name of it.

for drop shot your hooks are too big. try size 1 and 1/0. i fish the great lakes for monster smallmouth, trust me, they may sound small but theyre perfect.
