I bet its probably because youtube allows creators to have more liberty with what they do. Netflix probably has a lot of contract bs and other stuff that is probably best to just avoid all together. Also as we can all see hes pretty happy with youtube and the support he gets from it.

Also preparing pike takes a bit of practice as they have an extra row of cartilage near the top of their back. Everytime I watch these, I get hungry! Next time to get the proper temperature on the wok or pan, just add a cast iron riser cooking ring (about $15 USD or you can make it yourself) so more air gets to the flame which makes it a hotter flame BUT YOU ALSO GET A MORE EVENLY DISTRIBUTED HEAT. You won't burn the outside of your food so much! I also suggest one of those charcoal egg BBQ's for the next ToteBoat 2.0 build and also bring some Mesquite wood to flavour the smoke. That will make your seared fish really pop with added flavour. On a technical basis, do add blocks of foam to the insides of the totes so they fully displace any incoming water preventing that sinking feeling! And finally, make a large version of the ToteFloat 2.0 with a 3 foot by 3 foot hole in the middle (with a removable plywood cover!) so you can directly lower large crab/crawfish nets and even fish in complete comfort during the cold and rainy days in the tent! I would also bring a multiples of large dogbeds (they much larger than most pillows or foam pads) so you can fully recline on them while fishing and chilling! Get the big 6 foot by 6 foot dog beds with the heavy duty ripstop nylon coverings that are waterproof and tough enough to handle outdoor use too! v
