CATCH: A very active day of trout fishing along with other multiple other species of fish (Bluegill, Bass, Sunny), and decided to cook the Brook trout. Was a VERY hot day and has been tough catching anything significant other days, so was surprised I was getting so lucky.
COOK: Wanted to bring out the bacon flavor in the trout so I wrapped it pretty tight on the fish and although the bacon didn't cook all the way through, which can be pretty common, the fish has a ton of salty bacon flavor and kept the meat very moist! If I wasn't getting bit up so much by mosquitoes, I would've stayed longer, but it was still a success and something I recommend.
