I was at the 1970 Bath Festival. The roads were so blocked that some acts couldn't make it to the site. Donovan ( whose star had apparently begun to wane), offered to come on stage alone with his acoustic guitar - and kept over 200,000 people thoroughly entertained. This is a lovely cover and a nice reminder of a wonderful moment in time.

Just a few months ago, I heard "Catch the Wind" for the first time. I'm 60. I have well over two thousand records, including Donovan records. In 1969 I had 30 days leave after coming back from the far east, and drove my 59 Corvette from Seattle to Chicago. The car had an eight track installed. Remember those. This was one of the tapes I played on the way home. These two ladies are doing a great job with this song, and I will look for others from them.

Thanks ladies for posting - this one really took me back to 1965 when it was first released by Donovan - but with the usual MLT twist which makes it uniquely their own - thanks to KZbin for introducing me to their music - I quickly obtained all their recorded material on CD to play in higher quality than the laptop.
