This trap actually seems to take advantage of the mice natural instincts. They seems to flock to this trap while they are very wary of many other styles of trap. Too bad these aren't being made anymore

The riser's one-way door was stuck open something like half of the time but didn't matter much since mice didn't turn around until reaching the top and weren't particularly interested in coming back down either. Mouse-powered self-resetting mouse traps are my favorites.

I didn't see any need for bait other than the mice's own curiosity. I wonder if a gerbil habitat could be put to use, with lots of tunnels leading to a one-way door? Also, what happened at the end? I couldn't see what was knocked over, just the sound came through. Keep up the great channel!

On the last month we had quite a few mice show up at our house, most of them babies. This trap is far more effective than those Sticky Traps by far and for sure a lot cheaper than having to buy several sheets for each mouse we see.

Living in Vermont (USA) , I often see turkey vultures soaring over open fields during the warmer months ( They migrate to and from the Northeast due to Winters being inhospitable for these large birds) . Amazing just how efficient they are in flying. I wonder if vultures soar not just looking for a meal but just out of the sheer joy of being able to fly. I believe in Animal Sentience existing in many Species of Animals . A neat thing about why vultures typically have bald heads is baldness is a special sanitary adaptation to avoid meat scraps and blood from sticking to their heads like it would had they feather/down covered heads . Vultures are very important and need to be safeguarded .

I get the occasional house mouse in my apartment. But if I ever dared to go after it my cat would be 😡. She may be a spoiled indoor only long-haired calico princess of a cat. But she DOES NOT share her mice. Ever! She woke me up at 6am once sounding like a demon cat because she didn't want to share with her brother. I didn't know such a tiny cat could sound that scary. So it's kind of useless watching these videos for me but I really do enjoy them a lot.
