I looked at the math on combat healing vs damage, & just went straight to fire & damage & necromancy spells; never healed anyone. From there, it was a short walk to the cleric class's ultimate mental state: "plotting a TPK".

Funnily enough, my cleric weilded their own spirit weapon in combat, using their action to swing it around using their wisdom modifier rather than their normal bonus action. My cleric had a 15 strength, so enough for plate but not quite enough for consistant melee combat. And the second due to Spiritual weapon's movement speed being lower than my cleric's. Worked pretty well, allowed me to use bonus action for healing words and "Hit him now!" deal

Spiritual Weapon is totally OP and I love it. Bonus action to cast, bonus action to attack, Force damage, and no concentration! It's much easier to read when you're not concentrating on a spell.
