I agree! That's what I've seen on rainbow Facebook pages! The cool thing, couple of days later the fish from the 1st spot have blue heads and the 2nd spot have red heads! Same water maybe 100m apart

Yep, I still have a few left! They hold a lot more colour now aswell as the nice line of translucent scales along the side of them!

New sub here, I use dry dog/cat food as well as bread. Does good up here in brizzy. Also, do you fish suburbia? There's always a few "escaped" aquarium fish

Cheers for the sub! We have made the switch to dog food with fish and made a huge difference in what we were catching! In the lastest video I posted we were in the middle of a town but didn't find any invasive fish yet! But I know of other places were people have released fish and you can find guppies, swordtails and jack Dempsey. We really want to head down that way soon and shoot a video!

I'm ambivalent in feelings about this. These Rhads are usually in very sensitive National parks. I'm guilty, decades ago. But I only shared knowledge within small fishy circles 🔵

Lucky for us it's just a causeway of a local creek! No where near a national park! Got super lucky finding these guys in such a place!
