G'day Dave, Great structure for fishing and spectacular surroundings to keep a smile on the dial. Fingermark, moses perch, spanish flag, Mangrove Jack and Red Emperor all related and all top fare when it comes to the table. Steaks sizzling covered in onion gravy for me. The mother ship the perfect base for fishing, sushimi and socialising. Crabs a bonus with the fingermark. You can't help but enjoy yourself in a great part of our country. The Major🎩🎣🐟🦀🐊✅️👍🤙👌

You definitely need to be aware of your surroundings and have your wit's about you in Croc Country. Turtle tracks means crocs not far away.🎩🐊👍

Gday Major, I’m definitely more of a meat guy as well 👌 so much to see around the Cambridge Gulf and for sure mate definitely crocs out the front hanging around and big buggers for those turtles. Would be nice having a mother ship the whole time out fishing but definitely bigger cost 💲 Cheers Chris 👌🍻🎣💙

I fished Cape dommet back in 2008 Dave. We parked up for the night over this jew hole and at 4.30am the jew went nuts. They were freight trains. Lots of fun.

Sounds like you fished a few places Stu ? I know what you mean they go hard. I wish o was set up properly for night fishing with lights extra for the GoPros just not the same with the head touch otherwise I would have got into them at night. Great spot about there 👌 Cheers stu I bet your looking forward to your trip soon mate 🙌🤙🍻🎣

Awesome mate, loving your clips. With a fold up 100w solar panel on the bow (or a thin plastic solar panel fitted on the bow), solar controller, 80AH battery and a 600w inverter you can run your camp and you don't have to sit there in your boat at night time with your generator running ... that must be an ambiance killer bud ...
@snagabarra62325 күн бұрын
Your right it is a killer the geni only runs for a half a night just to top up as I had the Engle electric motor sounder and charging GoPros laptops and fan running is a huge drain on the batteries. Definitely need to look into it more. Cheers Sean your a champion mate 💙🙌👌🤙🍻🎣🎣
Another top video mate I love chasing those fingermark we try and get some live squid put them down and hold on nothing better.Will be waiting for the next one bring it on.

The missus has had some great news a few days ago and the future is looking good. Hope we can catch up when you're here maybe for a dinner or a beer. I think I'd better donate a pair of those cutters to you.

God dam y'all wot an amazing place. Last time I was in Aussie I went to Wyndham and caught a 60lb catfish off the fishing platform thingo, surrounded by massive crocs that were swimming around and an old aboriginal woman caught a 4ft Goldie on a 200lb handline that took three people to pull in. In fact it was here grandson who went down to the waters edge to gaff my catie. I gave it to a mob of aborigines who were on a fishing trip from an inland cattle station. I later heard they extracted two marble size pearls from its head. Not worth much, but apparently they have religious value to the aborigines? So many crocs around that place, we visited a local lagoon with elevated metal walk ways that were only just above the waterline. When we walked out to the tip of the walkway a massive croc swam up behind us and kept us stuck out there until we could call the police and a Ranger came out to scare that big bugger away by firing a shotgun into the water next to him. He said they only get one chance and they were going to catch him and send him off to the croc farm in Broome. What an amazing wild place, would love to take the fam back there one day and visit those stunning behive Bungle Bungles.
