I’m new to catching crab & lobster, so doing a lot of research. After my dad died a few years ago I decided to start fishing because it’s something we did together when I was young. I just hope I don’t look ridiculous out there being a 66 year old woman, so I’m taking my son with me.

It’s to hand the bucket of bait back and forth so we don’t have to carry it up and down off rocks

Yes. You need permission to get out there. You do need someone to vouch for you that is either military active or inactive. And this guy isn’t one of them.
