Man the tank looks great. Hermit crabs are cool additions to a saltwater tank as long as they don't eat your fish. Glad to see you pick up trash while out in the wilds. I do that to and sometimes fill half the canoe with floating garbage. Nice video.

Down in miami key biscayne you get a lot in a short amount of time and also you find a astrea snails.

Very cool tank, used to have 2 of them years back. Yeah can you find bigger empty shells on the beach so they can change to the bigger one. Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh :))

Caught some wild ones in galveston like 6 and brought them home with saltwater and sand but now....I'm like do I need to set up a full aquatic saltwater tank like this or do the pools of water instead

What other small inverts or fish that you find around the mangroves in this area with the blue legged hermits? I want to replicate this habitat in a nano tank with mangroves.

All types, arrow crabs, snappers, snails, shrimp, honestly much to many species to list!

WAIT ! you didn't isolate them for awhile...no telling what you introduced into your tank

I acclimated them in a separate container (where they where inspected with magnify glass), before I added them to the tank.
