Always carry a good sharp axe, a backsaw with a spare blade, a shovel, a come along and some good strong rope at least 50 feet long! These will usually get you out of most situations back in the bush! ! A well stocked first aid kit is an absolute necessity!

If it’s the stretch of river i think it is… there is much easier access, just with a little extra walk further upstream…
