Catching Jewfish Lake Macquarie Fishing

Last weekend of May 2023. Got a fair few fish this weekend. Mainly good sized flatties between 55cm and 70cm. I will put them in a separate video later this week. This video is just a 90cm jewfish on its own with some under water footage.
I'm finding out how hard it is to make a fish swim in front of the camera and then stay still for a while.

Thanks Crebo. Its a bit of a handful doing every thing with a rod with a fish on in one hand and trying to manage the camera with the other, but I'm sure you are familiar with this as you already have some videos with under water footage. I've been wanting to do this for a while. I'll see if the novelty wears off😂

🤣🤣 I guarantee it will happen too Andrew. It's already happened on Saturday with a flatty. If I'm ever lucky enough to get a real big dog one day, maybe I need to just net the fish and get the footage of release only.
