I was there this week...we caught 5 fish 70-110lb...the low pressure system killed the bite on Wednesday. High tide is end of the month = best bite for spawn!

I went for the first time this Friday, we didn’t hook one but it was a cool experience netting the crab and seeing so many floating, also ever 15 min Someone would hook on and you would watch them till they landed it or lost it

Awesome video. Heading down next week. Went last year and got skunked. Are you using any other weight? Do you let the pinch weight slip? What knot do you use to fuse lines , swivel? Thank you

Check out the video I did on the guide to catch tarpon. There’s a ton of good info in that one. The pinch weight just sit above the knot. Not super tight but they don’t move.

Tell the guys at reaper that the micro guides on the first guide suck. Once you cut it out it casts fine
