i've watched your videos but this video ay something special for me and it shows how good you are as a person who cares sa mga workers mo, it brings me back during the 90's nung nag aaral pa ako ng college at the same time while working sa fastfood para lang ma sustained tuition ko sa pag-aaral but the fast food i was working with were not treated good, still i embraced the experienced many years have past now dito na ako sa canada i just opened my own fast food fried chicken restaurant like yoyobee concept ( maffeo's poulet frit ) dito sa montreal 3 months ago and were doing good so far and planning to expand so i can hire and help pilipino people na nangangarap maka punta abroad which is my main goal talaga somedaay..God blessed you more chef.

I super agree about sa team effort in any industry chef.. I worked in a big health care industry before sa Riyadh but had to leave when I reached the limit of my patience.. And to the point na mag self pity na, overworked and under appreciated.. Kc parang lahat ng staff naka depend sau when you can all work together sana para mapadali ang work at mag provide ng care sa patients. Anyway, na kwento ko lang po hehe..

Ganda po nang sinabi mo chef when hiring a certain employee po..kasi isa po talaga yung nagpapabagal nang service ay yung pataasan po nang pride, nagkakainggitan nagsisiraan yun po yung mga aspect nang nagpapafail nang business mas mabilis, masarap, masaya at maganda yung aura nang paligid di nakakapagod magtrabaho..sana po makasama po sa team niyo po dahil sa ganda nang chemistry.
