Hallcroft brings back memories of Jamie Masson for me. The bloke used to rip the venue apart when it was first emerging on the match scene. I only ever used to fish it in club matches, never did that great but I have always been more of a river angler. Breakfasts at the cafe used to be brilliant!

Hallcroft has always been a fantastic fishery, top northern venue for carp and silvers. Always my fav Stillwater winter venue although summer carp just as interesting. That shelf always produced with warmer conditions and we always used to push it.
