Hey Big Ben. Dropping the cart off? How do I trust those people to operate the cart? There's two propane tanks in that baby! How do you make such arrangement? Somebody at that event must have a clue to operate the cart. Right?

You only boil 30 to 40 or 10 to 20 depending on your location at a time. Watch my other videos about this and you will see how I turn off my burners, but all in all, my propane tank will give me about 2.5 days running 5 to 6 hours a day.

Thanx for the video, but I have a question about the drop off. What if you come back to pick up your cart and it is damaged, or they don't refill the water and burn out your pans? You see where I am going there are numerous things they could do and put you out of a cart and business for until you replace cart.
