That transaction has to eliminate between subsidiary and consolidated entity, receivables can't become cash flow between intercos.

Excellent point, I should have showed the chart I had on eliminations. Although my fear that CAT financial becomes too big at some point and would introduce a whole new type of risk to Caterpillar as a whole is my bigger concern. I should have done a better job of explaining my worries with CAT financial as it relates to my broader analysis.
