I love going on these trips with Dave !! TBH Dave has cost me a fortune since I started watching him at the beginning of the pandemic. I had lost interest in fishing but he got me back into it and so I lined up my poles and went. Then I had to have a boat ($20k) I pilot trolling motor ($1,000) Garmin fish finder ($1,000) More poles,reels,rod holders etc. Is it worth it ? Hell yea !!! Love ya Dave

Dave is without a the best cat fisherman I have ever seen. This is the best cat fishing channel on KZbin. The majority of other channels I can’t watch because it’s 10 minutes of bragging, 5 minutes of fishing, closing with 15 minutes of why they’re the best. And IF they were to “Forrest Gump” they’re way to catching 1 fish like Dave did here dear lord prepare you’re ears because the bragging won’t stop till the camera dies.

Dave I would like to see you come do the Boone and Watauga lake catfish challenge. Flatheads blues and channel cats in both lakes and they both have really deep waters 100'-250' deep. Keep it up love the content.

Hi,Dave. I was fishing in the Shawnee Nat'l. forest. Man it was cold. 30 degrees, ice forming on the rod tip, but the fish were biting, including the catfish. nice video, Happy Holidays.

I bet you can't catch one in Douglas Lake. 😎 I feel you took up my challenge since I've mentioned Cherokee and Douglas catfishing here a couple of times. I spent the first almost 30 years of my life fishing around Knoxville and I never fished for cats in either of those lakes so I wondered. I think you should show us some Douglas blues. If I was in my once in a year or so mood for fish I would've taken that flathead home. Just saying. 👍‍ Thanks Dave. I never miss a video. What are your thoughts on Vienna sausage with fishing?

I’m trying to understand the gear on the outside rods. I know that it essentially a planer board but how they don’t have an anchor to the boat I don’t understand. Iran offshore fishing charters out of Anna Maria island Florida and still go crappie fishing every year and we always catch catfish on roadrunner jigs. If you don’t reel up so close you won’t have to drag the rod with you as you net them. I’ll be watching the future videos. Nice fish man!!!
