Too cool to see Arctic P, one of my fav conversions, interesting too to see Comanche, she's now owned by an Aussie and is going to compete in this years Sydney Hobart along with Wild Oats, should make for an interesting race. Cheers again for the vids :D

@@davidellis2021 Yeah, it's been rebranded, interestingly it was in the northern hemisphere and sailed back to Aus on it's own bottom, it wasn't freighted out on a ship.

Eigenlijk zou je wellicht naar de ratio van de true wind en de boat speed moeten kijken, in de summary die ik net gemaakt heb zie ik ons ook voor langere tijd 17 knopen gaan bij 9 knopen apparent wind (maar wel een true wind boven 20 knopen). Er zijn nog veel snellere boten maar de combinatie van comfort en speed lijkt vrij uniek

When you cleared customs in Tahiti, what did you use for currency? In fact, as you cruise, and check into various ports/customs, what method do you use to pay custom's fees? Great videos by the way.

We checked into French Polynesia on arrival at Nuku Hiva. I think custom fees were included in the overall GLYWO fee as this was an official setup of the rally. It wouldn’t have been an issue to go to the ATM to get Polynesian francs first.

Black is beautiful, the Incidence laminated DFI sails are the most rigid standard production sails they have. For us the color might have been as important as the performance 😎
