Marc! I love the way you capture the angles, movements, and textures of your boat on passage. Your cinematography makes watching fun. I was so sad to see your carbon-fiber bowsprit and martingale at the beginning of your Great-Circle, , knowing the fate that would ultimately come to them 😞. Hi, We love your videos and find them very inspiring, we watched the whole series and now Saturday evening will be for your long version. We have ordered our Windelo 54 which will be delivered next summer. The idea is to sail the western Mediterranean for 12 months, or at least the non ski season period, then sail the world. Our current plan is to do the Atlantic ARC, then go straight into the world ARC. We were wondering if in hindsight you are happy at the time it took you to pop around the world or would have gone faster or slower?

Friends of ours participated in the world arc on their L52S partly parallel to our rally. We both thought their pace was too high. For us three years was perfect but to be able to participate in GLYWO you bought the wrong brand 🙈😇

Hallo Mareike en Marc, was verrast op jullie filmpje gezien de boot in LGM ligt. Wat was dit een gave toer en voor ons nog een beetje te vroeg. Vorig jaar in bezit van een O 45 naam Venturi II. En deze heeft haar vaste plek in de haven tegenover. Ben benieuwd naar jullie nieuwe aanwinst en wellicht komen we elkaar daar tegen op het water. Groet Cees

how much, or HOW DID, breaking the spinniker pole thingie, or well ''it breaking'' how much effect did that have????? how did it affect the rest of the trip?? I remember you saying at the time you can't fly as many sail varations as before... but now after the fact, OPINIONS?? :)

24:28 I had a DREAM about DALPHINZ .... it issn't really the ''RIDEALONG'' they are taggin along doing... not really ''rideing the bow wake/wave'' .... in this dream one of them told me ''IT TICKLES'' that's it, the closesest translation... the static electricicity or something TICKLES them and they LIKE IT :) cuz it's FUN :) have you gotten a dog whistle or talked to one of the peeps at SEA WORLD for a little untrasonic whistle you can try to talk to/with them ?? :) at least WHISTLE HAPPILY BACK to them!!?? :_)
