Hey everyone! This is the second flight from my trip home from Auckland via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific. If you haven’t seen the first half, check it out above! The trip cost 40,000 Alaska miles (a pretty good deal considering the distance travelled).
Needless to say Cathay went above and beyond, and provided an exceptional hard product along with attentive crews. Incredibly comfortable seats, stocked in-flight entertainment and more. Could have maybe done with nicer meal presentation and some more runs through the cabin by the crew, but otherwise a fantastic trip. Great video! Enjoyed watching this, will be flying with Cathay from NZ to Nepal soon - very excited to be on the A350. Your video was a nice balanced combination of in-flight service + product review and scenes both with and without music. Is turbulance common on this route ? Or it was there on that particular day ?

You'll probably get turbulence at some point just because of how long of a flight it is. That patch was particularly rough though

They stopped for a while but with COVID they're back to using the 350 on their Vancouver flights. Not too sure what their plan is for the next few years
