There's an interview on graham Norton with katherine Tate where she tells him how she created the nan character I think tom cruise was there too and he was in hysterics defo worth a watch. My great gran was just like this. She had a friend who would come round every day. They were best friends their whole lives. My wee great gran was wholesome one moment then her friend would leave and she'd some out with stuff like "Oh my god she does my head in that woman! Sometimes i want to just get it over with just to get some peace.!" 90% of the time the woman was a saint but 10% she was dark as i got!

Catherine Tate is a wonderful actress. You should check out the "Much Ado About Nothing" she did with David Tennant in 2011. She played Beatrice against Tennant's Benedick. It's a great production.
