I saw her in California on the interstate. She pulled up alongside my truck in her limousine and roll down the window and looked up at me I never will forget that. I think what got her attention was I had a picture of Clint Eastwood on the back of my tractor and it said High Plains Drifter and I think that got her attention and then she got off at Hollywood Studios it was about the time of making of Zorro so I guess she got the part.

Im from the same home town as Catherine is from- Swansea, Wales. Ive lived outside of Wales for 22 years and have never lost my accent. Funny how Catherine has adapted a semi Welsh/ Californian accent in half that time. No sincerity with her. Never forget where you come from in life I say.

Michael Walton stupidest comment ever. Everybody is different. Some ppl live 20 years in a country and still can't speak a word of the local language some others learn it in less than 1. She has played many many roles where she had to switch from an accent to another, so I bet her natural one would alter a bit. I m French Caribbean living in Germany speaking 7 languages with among them 5 on a daily basis at work. Now even my French accent and sometimes words got lost at times....
