I felt the same way with my hair our city water is bad so I got “Filtered Shower Head, High Pressure Rainfall Shower Head/Handheld Shower Filter Combo” from Amazon and I love it the one I got has a $3 with it right now!

Yes please do a weight loss journey, I’m trying to lose weight I got extremely depressed after my sons father left and gained a good amount of weight. I would love to start this with you! Also, I don’t enjoy working out either but I find I love walking. I love taking long walks and just enjoying my workout without being miserable and over exerting myself to the point where I don’t enjoy it Also can you please link the shower shelves you purchased thank you so much!

I'm going through the same thing! I've lost track of how many shampoos I've tried. Our water wasn't serviced for a year and a half due to covid, so our PH was down. After the PH got fixed, I thought it would fix my problem, but it didn't, and it's now May, and I'm still having to put my hair up the next day.

*mrs Meyers sink cleaner* I have has the same problem with my water not rinsing and cleaning my hair. We had to add a water softener and have our water tested and ended up getting a water peroxide system for our house. We are also on a well!

I don't have Instagram, but I am in the process of getting healthy. I don't say diet because it sounds negative. I consider it a lifestyle change. BTW I don't like working out, but I do like the results so I do it anyway. I love watching your videos.

I think you need a whole house water softener. My sister's water is hard and my hair is not the same when I stay with her. Her faucets almost instantly get a white coating on them way to soon after cleaning.

You look great for just having a baby ! just wondering if you've ever done yoga ? It incorporates deep-breathing & meditation and it is very relaxing. You can do it anytime, in the privacy of your home . No pressure to stand on your head or turn yourself into a pretzel !! oh, also about your hair . Mine is very similar to yours, and after using the same shampoo/conditioner my hair builds up a tolerance, so I switch to another brand. I use a Shower Massage shower head🚿 on the strongest setting. It seems to really rinse everything from my hair. I love it . p.s. Be kind to yourself , you are doing a fantastic job with your home and your boys .

Hi Catherine I'm a hairdresser in 🇬🇧 Your hair will be going through lots of changes as you haven't long had a baby. If you have got a trusted hairdresser / Salon near you please go in there. They will be able to give you more advise than I can as they will know your water system realistic you should be looking at about 9 months for all your hormones to settle down after a baby 👶. Public ADVISORY NOTE I AM NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED ( if your not allergic) If you are quite concerned try shampooing your hair with baby shampoo and conditioning it with baby conditioner to see any benefits will take at least 2-3 months if any. Thank you ❤️ for your open and honesty I myself had a breakdown last year so I totally understand where you are coming from. Thankyou also for sharing your beautiful children with the world 🌎 ❤

Just a tip for your shower curtain. I stopped using the plastic ones because they get so gross. I have switched to the cloth liners in stead and wash them twice a month. Better on my allergies, sinuses and prevents mold and mildew.

You can WASH the plastic shower curtains in the washing machine, too !! Throw them in with some old white towels,add your detergent and some bleach . They come out perfectly clean . (Never put them in the dryer ). . Just hang them back up to dry !
