What I ❤about Catherine's Plates is she never disappoints us by giving incomplete ingredients or instructions. Joesph has special skills opening the cresent can. I bang them on the counter and sometimes it still takes a couple tries to pop it lol. I can't crack eggs open with one hand either. Casserole looks good. I would eat this for dinner.

@@CatherinesPlates cookbooks? Where? I ordered 3x cookbooks when I got paid in December as a gift to myself. I have one book that's over 700 recipes of 4 item ingredients, and another one that makes cakes and cookies using candy bars...I thought my kids would get a kick out to that! The 3rd cookbook is from a lady in the UK who has put all ingredients in metric! So I'll need a calculator to convert the measurements, but all said these books totaled $17 as used. I will definitely use them, that's for sure!

Nice recipe. I have a similar recipe that you just lay out the crescent roll on the bottom of the Pyrex casserole dish and form it to the dish. Then you don't always need a dish. It is a bit quicker also. Happy and healthy new year to everyone. Stay safe.

I found this video earlier today, and I had all the ingredients, so I had to make it! WOW! Was it delicious!! Thanks so much for sharing! It's so easy, and quick, too! I did deviate slightly because I don't like peppers, so I used onion, mushroom, and a drained can of diced tomatoes. I also added a couple tablespoons of sourcream to the egg mixture, and used sharp cheddar cheese. Turned out delicious, and my husband wants it again! Next time I will add a bottom layer of cheese before I add the sausage mixture. We love extra cheese. ❤
