could you please explain why we need to maintain -800mv to -1200mv, and if the value is not in these ranges what can be the reason apart from the faulty monitoring system ICCP has one more disadvantage of EM Signature, how can that be reduced?

Matlab rectifier par alaram aa raha hai high voltage ka voltage maximum hein but ampere zero hein.. Cables b check ke hein rectifier to jb + cable ok hai.. Kya reason ho sakti hai work na karny ki?
