Dr. Brant Pitre was very instrumental in my conversion to Catholicism back several years ago! He makes everything easier to understand about the Bible and Jesus Christ, the Disciples, Saints and our Blessed Mother Mary. I've gleaned so much from his books!

Another way to interpret it. The seed symbolizes a Christian, small and humble, insignificant in the eyes of the world, but deep in the earth has many roots.

Thank you. Good as usual. The last time I asked Dr Pitre about the birds nesting in the tree mentioned. Someone replied to me saying no old testament pretext. I found this in Daniel 4:9 "Its leaves were most beautiful, and its fruit exceeding much: and in it was food for all: under it dwelt cattle and beasts, and in the branches thereof the fowls of the air had their abode" I think I understand what it means but it may upset some people if I comment.

@@magnuseng3345 Nabuchadnennar's vision of the tree saw him as the one that feeds. gives shelter and protects the his people of his day to both the clean and the unclean good and the bad. The Catholic Church is like a tree, feeding(Cafod, eucharist), protecting, educating etc. It affects both the good and the bad. Birds sometimes tend to destroy fruits when they are ready.

I love Dr. Pitre’s videos and books. I wish we could see him debate against Dr Bart Ehrman, who’s still teaching his views which disregard our faith. Is there any possibility of a debate between the two?
