Cathy's Clown - The Tarney Spencer Band Radical Remix

Somebody believed in this band, but they sure weren't on my radar. They were disaster on the charts. The only thing that caught my attention was this non album single, an almost 80's sounding cover of The Everly Bros' Cathy's Clown. By then it was too late to save the band whose short run from 1975 to 1979 approx., was already too long.
In reviewing this single, I thought the whole structure of the arrangement was flawed. One of the the best things, the catchy guitar solo I put up in front of the song and let it repeat in the middle. I isolated the vocals and doodled around with them (you now hear them acapella in the beginning, middle and at the tail end. You be the judge.
