This is GREAT. Chan sounds and looks wonderful. Glad she's finally there :) As for the people whining about Lana, this song was written awhile ago, and Chan LET her sing on it (Cat Power is one of her idols)...who wouldn't want to be on their idol's song. It's not a PR stunt, they're actually acquainted (they went on tour together recently too)...so brush up on your history. Cat Power has been a force of nature since before Lizzie Grant changed her name to Lana Del Rey.

I just want to say to all the rude salty people in the comments fighting over Lana & Chan stfu and enjoy the music! I'll be honest, I'm a die hard Lana fan and I hadn't even heard Cat Power before this but I really enjoyed the song. I actually like how Lana has just a subtle yet complementary part in the song, she isn't stealing the show - and she doesn't need to as this is Cat Power's song after all. Its upsetting that theres people on both 'sides' (not really sides though cause this isn't a competition) who want to disrespect an artist and their fans. Its clear Lana and Chan respect each others music otherwise why would they collaborate? Music should bring people closer together rather than cause feuds, do you really think either of them would be happy with their fans bitching over one another? They've created a beautiful piece of music and we should focus on that rather than argue about which is more authentic or talented or which is doing 'charity' by collaborating with the other. To everyone wondering where Lana del Rey is, has anyone considered that she didn't want to be seen? Maybe she chose not to be in the video? They don't need to explain. I think it is a great statement. Also, Cat Power's band is great! Wow. Great choices for fellow musicians, Ms. Marshall! Also, I hope to haven't given up your instruments. You have a particular charm on them that I don't think anyone else can capture. :)
