Well said. The analogy of our mind to being a garden is the law of karma as taught by Buddha. Our mind is like a field or a garden. With every action, be it mental, verbal or physical, we are planting "seeds" or potentialities within the field of our mind. These potentialities one day will ripen into its appropriate fruit - meaning, engaging in positive actions (mental, physical or verbal) will result to experiences of happiness in our future lives, while engaging in negative actions will give rise to experiences of suffering. In short, you reap what you sow. This is the law of karma which is as certain and absolute as the law of gravity. It is the truth, whether you like it or not. Hence, we need to control all of our actions of body, speech and mind. And therefore, the practice of correct meditation is essential.

Ako din po, ung teeth ko, kaya nagpabraces ako. Pero tinawag dn ako horse teeth nung nag OJT ako. What's stopping Catriona from learning Tagalog ba? Does she think na inferior language ito kaya hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin kayang magsalita nang diretsong tagalog? And inserting 5 tagalog words from time to time is not it ha. 😅 May mga celebrities din naman na hindi Tagalog ang first language pero nag-improve nang malala. Prime example dyan si Anne Curtis, kaya ang lakas din appeal sa masa. When you're benefitting from Filipino audiences it is necessary that you learn their language di ba? 🤷‍♀️ This also applies sa lahat ng celebrities, hindi lang kay Catriona.
