Dr. Berg is awesome! He would also recommend baja gold sea salt instead of regular iodized salt. It has less sodium and more minerals.

Stay away from seed oils and sugar. Also, reduce your carb intake and ask your doctor how many nutrition classes he/she has taken. Try natural remedies first before going on prescriptions. Good luck

I explained a bit in the caption. But basically i keep trying to go back to the low carb lifestyle because i know it’s the healthiest but it keeps leading me to binge because i feel deprived:( I can’t seem to do it for more than a week. I went to my dr and she told me I need to eat cooked veggies and get more fiber. Ive found that my stomach is ok with vegetables that are cooked completely through. It’s whenever I eat raw veggies. The switch up was definitely confusing though I’m sorry
