Amazing how warm it got this week. Had a couple days of 26 degrees now. Air seeders rolling around here, we’ll get moving with the old box drills in the next couple days.

Great video! I appreciate how much work it was moving the camera every time. I think that the Ivomec should do a better job than it does for its cost. The scratching can get expensive depending on their place to scratch. Lol. You have a great set up for your squeeze. No kidding they are using the shelter for shade…nice catch rate for your animals. It better rain soon! Take care, Annette 🌺

Love watching your channel Found your channel the other day now we are binge watching your videos. Your first videos looks like you HAD a mix of different colours of beef cows just like we use to have. I sure miss that I use to go for long walks out in the pasture just to watch the cows and calfs. We had a calf like Kevin once but our name for our calf was Fritz. Keep the awesome videos coming! thank you for sharing

Looks like a Rubbermaid float, you can use self drilling screws to hold it in place. Use short enough screws so they don't go clear through the round part. They are good floats, except for the plastic threads for the hose. I've epoxied fittings into them, makes them last. I know you would like some rain to green things up, but be thankful for the warm and dry.. helps keep the calves healthy.

Weather has been good for that. May try to screw it on the tank. C clamp working for now.
@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin Жыл бұрын
@@AlbertaRanch if the C clamp is working good, that's probably a good way to leave it. Be easier if you have to work on it.

@@AlbertaRanch 🤔 they used to tell us to ship them because they were likely to prolapse again... Now they say they are just as likely to prolapse again, as any other cow has a chance of prolapsing.. 30 years ago, we shipped them, now we don't.. and have a few older gals that prolapsed as 2 or 3 year olds.. been fine since.. Poochers on the other hand, will get worse every year and it's hereditary.
