Degenerative disk disease is not a significant cause of CE. If it was, the incidence would be exponentially more because all humans develop those changes with the normal aging process. CE is relatively rare.

Paul, in the lecture about Guillain-Barre syndrome you told that a patient suffers from both motor and sensory symptoms but in cauda equina syndrome lecture you are saying that there are no clinically significant sensory symptoms. I guess there is conflicted ambiguous information.

You just answer your own critic: "no clinically significant" doesn't imply the absence of sensory symptoms = presence of sensory symptom.

It’s unbelievable that you only keep commenting on the problems that men face especially with sexual dysfunction due to absence of the bulbocavernosus reflex. I’m sick of hearing about erectile dysfunction. What about woman? Why don’t you comment on how we are tested? Not once have you mentioned the clitoris. There are tests that they can do involving our sex organ but you have totally avoided talking about that or how we might be affected. It’s infuriating.

Calm down. I have an entire set of videos on gynecology. 34 videos on gynecology alone, including a 40 minute video where I talk purely about the vagina. Visit my home page for that. Typically with medical review videos, we save all women's health issues for dedicated gynecology -- since that's a specialty of itself. You'll see that I have 68 total videos on women's health! I have 20 hours worth of videos on gynecology. :-)

It would have been helpful for you to have made reference to all these other ‘ gynaecological videos’ for woman in your talk. So that we could be made aware of them. Telling me to calm down is patronising.
