Hi Sam, 6 months now since my surgery and am able to walk with a stick. But now I have so much time that i really don't know what to do. So mind is empty and slowly negative thoughts are coming in. Did you go through such a period and if yes, what did you do? Do reply

I have the same problem for the last one and a half years but I still can't stand in one place,I can walk in one elbow crunch, but if I stand in one place, the balance will fall,please share your experience, can you share your contact number.

Is your bowel and function back to normal.do you have neuropathic pain in your bum and legs and feet.like swollen or pins and needles or numbness burning sensation in lower part of your body under the Cauda Equina.do you get constapated.its only been 8 weeks since my surgery.my Cauda Equina syndrome was caused by spinal cord abscess from MRSA.i am still on my strong antibiotics cipro and Rifampicin but since taking cipro my 3 weeks ago my head is not functioning right.and severe joint pain and ankle pains my feets are swollen in pain and legs too.can ciprofloxtine cause these side effects like tendinitis, tendon rupture, and peripheral neuropathy.😓

I had all the same symptoms.. i managed it through regular workouts and mainly homeopathy meds worked for me.. the pain does come n go for me.. but i just take some regular pain killers.. talk to ur doctor if ur symptoms are getting worse.. becuz for me. It got better after the surgery. Hope u feel better.

no home made medicine.. just workout in my daily routine.

Mainly basic glutes.. hamstring.. and thighs.. pelvic and abdomen workout. U should take advice from a physiotherapist. They will advise nu proper workout depending on ur body.
