It is really all about frequency! Our brain has this constant wave. Happen if you decided to feel unlucky or scare. That is the moment where you actually adjusting your wave to match the entity frequency and also have to see whether you are in their boundaries . Sometime could be also because of fatigue, sick, mood and so on. Your wave frequency will definitely be lower. How to avoid is quite simple, simply think of something that is high in vibrations. eg:- your own religion. As a Buddhist myself I would just think of Buddha and not because Buddha will come personally to protect me but just thinking of him will increase my vibration. You can think of someone who is holy, High energy people with very strong positive mindset, Your Parents anything that make you feel secure to move you away from the frequency. Now you guys know why some Buddhist or Taoist uses bell. When you hear them hit the bell with high frequency what happened to you? Your brain will follow that high ringing pitch right? This is why cctv capture people talking to air as if there's a real person there. it is only his frequency or vibration matches. That's why only he can see others cannot. Good Luck and don't listen too much to ghost stories as it will try to match your brain wave. How "they" do it is also quite simple they simply make something drop on the floor, singing, moving something that you can see slightly and just like the bell effect your brain try to match it. Let me tell you a ghost story.Not really. Someone ghost story. As a teenager, I love to go for a long walk which will eventually end at a big football field near a army camp. Sometimes there are a lot of matches going on. One day I was sitting at a stone bench outside the gate of the army camp when a middle age Malay man came out of the camp and sit beside me. He look very nervous and he told me he was a warrant officer in the camp. He told while on patrol last night he saw a ghost at the bus stop across the road pointing his finger at the bus stop. Seeing my disbelieving eyes, he swore he was telling the truth putting his hand on his chest and swear. He told me he saw a young woman standing at the bus stop facing in the direction of the bus at about 3.00 am. He call out to her and told her there is no more bus as this hour and the last bus had left long time ago. But the woman keep ignoring him and he lost his cool and draw his service revolver pointing to his hip and fire. Bang! The woman turn to look at him and to his horror she disappeared right in front of him. Do you believe him. Let me know.
