It's been a while since I have complimented Master Chef on his wonderful cooking ideas, and this is no exception. I have always said that cooking with wood produces great flavor in any meat vegetable or rice dish hands down; and a combination of the three. Another great idea for cooking the best tender fish anywhere in this world!
