Hey T & Crew.. Winter in the Azerbaijan mountains is just as beautiful as the other seasons. I just now noticed the waterfall on the Homestead. Lamb, Fish AND Chicken. YES! Roasted Veggies & bread. YUM! A basket of assorted non kkkemicalized healthy fruits. HEALTHY! I AM cravin one preferably TWO of those slices of fried lamb fat doh. I must be since just the thought of crunching on a crispy slice sprinkled with black pepper, cumin & granulated garlic gots my mouth watering. As always, it's such a relaxing hunger inducing pleasure visiting the Azerbaijan Lezgin Peoples mountain community & watchin T do his thang. The dogs must be the pups growing up. I even recognize suma the kiddies growin up too. Time flies. Thanks T fuh teachin us yet anutha way to cook food & for cuddling the cat. Wilderness Cooking. SUPER! 🥰
