This is absolutely ridiculous. I am also not sure why you agree to pay the fine. Did they have any proof? If not you could have resisted more. I am not advocating to go against the police but if they have genuinely received a complaint they should have the proof too. And on what ground it’s 5K? What’s the description in the challan. Being one of the initiator of super bike trend in that region you should take the lead. If you bow down to this undefined rules I am sure they will press unacceptable rules and charges to the next budding bikers. Please don’t live a life of fear because of these corrupts. Additionally, since you have a Busa I assume you are not from a background who can’t stand on being right. This is definitely not a good trend for the future

I always ride or drive under lawful manner and I also know many laws which they falsely use so it is not a problem for me to reply them.
