I leave Shendi very early morning, on the way to Khartoum. After meeting some lovely kids, I find out that I already did 110 kilometers at midday. After my lunch break, I decide to push it to Khartoum today. I arrive in Khartoum after dark, and I find myself in the middle of a revolution, the streets are full of tear gas... insane.

Smile to the local people of a totally different language/culture/country and say a few words that they understand. You find good food, drink and bed. No problem. Just like that. That's how you travel. So simple and natural. You rely only on physical power, sense of direction, some electricity and money. Thank you for video and sharing. Keep on.

Dear Yves, I advise you to go your embassy in Khartoum and get some security briefing. Khartoum is in political turmoil for four years. Most thing that stuck out to me is ur encounter with the blazing heat of Sudan and just how brutally hot it is and how much of burden it becomes daily.
