This judge has ears, and he uses them. Most judges do not use them. They see people talking and ignore them, or stop them flatout. He sure does make Rhode Island shine in my eyes, along with Susanne and Inspector Quinne. I want to visit this state now because of this show. I have never had good interactions (clean record still!) with public officials here in Utah.

It's nice to see a fun and fair judge. Sometimes Judge Judy is a little too much, entertaining no doubt and it's nice to hear her give it to them, but most of the judges on TV are like her and so to see this judge it's super refreshing. Wish he was on TV so everyone can see what a delight he is.

Lisaa, I have not been to all of the UK, but I have been to England several times and I would agree, but with one caveat, everything is expensive in the UK, or at least in England. I also lived in Germany for three years and found the costs of goods to be reasonable, however petrol and taxes were exorbitant. With that said, France was a little more expensive than Germany, but Paris was very expensive. Ironically, I found Italy to be average in pricing on nearly everything, that is until visiting Venice and Rome. Interestingly, I currently live in Japan and the prices here are pretty much hit and miss. Food, housing, insurance, and automobiles are reasonably priced, but the taxes and biennial vehicle registration is quite costly. As you might guess, Tokyo is like any other large city, a bit expensive.
