Next, about the individual who stated that "He's biased towards females." I'd simply state that it's a matter of sexuality and how other males perceive him -- But, he's equally lenient towards men, too.

Thanks God we don’t have parking meters in the suburbs distant from downtown. One can park at anytime in subdivisions on street side except during the very late night hours. Also, generally there are no parking issues in the downtowns that belong to these suburbs and my city provides free indoor parking. Luckily our city removed most of the photo enforced cameras after complaints from the residents. I keep in mind the few left over photo enforced camera crossings and try to be extra careful . Always slow down & stop, even when the signal turns yellow specially on photo enforced crossings. I learned the lesson the hard way, long ago I got ticket in mail to my surprise, mailed back $100 fine. One cannot make excuses or request waiver after seeing the online video they email u.

The closed captions on these are hilarious. It says, "Cotton Providence" instead of "Caught In".The judge asks what that boy's name is and then says that "he's a cute little guy" and the captions say "Cuban Guy" lol. Also has other funny things wrong. He talks about going over to Sunday meals and he says that "they had a great big grape vine" and captions use "great big fight" instead. It adds a whole level of hilarity to this show and I'm only 7 minutes into this episode.

I didn't know what double parking was either. Where I live, parking on the street isn't really allowed on main roads, and there's no shortage on side streets (but everyone has driveways anyway) Also, we don't have multi meters. I've never seen that in person. I wish judges in Ohio were like this dude. I went to mayor's court, and they threatened everyone there with extraordinary fines if they tried to fight the tickets, and tacked on fees on top of the fines for anyone who didn't plead guilty or no-contest. They actually told us we'd be idiots for pleading not guilty, and that we should accept large fines and move on.

I think in most cities the yellow light is set way to short or not enough time. Even at the speed limit and you can get stopped all the loose crap on the seats etc. ends up on the floor. With longer yellow lights, then red light violations would be greatly more enforceable and that is considering the road-way is not slippery due to rain, or snow. The road can get very oily when it's first wet and very slick. Slamming on the breaks is really not a good idea during those times is why we need longer yellow lights. However, to make up for that, the other side waiting at a red light has a few second pause, and that is precisely meant to prevent an accident, but to allow police to issue more going thru a red light violation. Do I suspect a conspiracy? You bet I do. I also think in all of USA, you can make a right on a red light, if you come to a complete stop first or there is no signs saying "no turn on red". I've been driving since 1969 and there is a sign that says wait for green. In all the years I've been driving that one still confuses me as either you can turn on right after a complete stop and traffic has cleared or you can't. However when in doubt, simply wait for the light to change to green, and ignore the horn honkers behind you, leave them get the ticket or worse, get T boned and chance killing themselves and the people that hit them. You find these signs usually coming from a back road entering onto a free-way or a multi-light intersection. I usually slow down when approaching a traffic light, but I don't believe there is anything in the traffic rule book to support this. I just feel it's the safe thing to do depending on where I am and if I just saw the light turn green. I think in some areas, the speed limit should be reduced to 25 mph about 3/8 miles prior to traffic lights, then at 1/16 miles away 15 mph.
