Several years ago, I was living alone for the first time, and overdrawn by near the end of each of the first six months. I had to stop paying a couple things, get on budget billing for electricity, and adjust to living alone. It was hard, and brutal, and terrifying, and I cried a lot. I have yet to see any other Judge on this planet like Judge Caprio. A wealth of knowledge, wisdom and compassion. I hope he will serve for many years to come, and a shout out to the leadership of Rhode Island, please honor this man while hes still alive, not name a road after him when hes gone. Honor him now while hes serving. Something that can make his name known for many years to come. Thank you.

I admire Judge Caprio, and I never saw him get upset with the defendant. He wears his heart on his sleeve and has compassion for those who struggle to make ends meet. What makes Judge Caprio different, he can put himself in the defendant's predicament, regardless of the excuses made. Most judges would say to a defendant struggling, "We all have stress, and problems, that's life, "Pay the fine! God Bless, Judge Caprio. 💟

@miss nobody ? The judge apologized because It was wrong, yet you say that he's right? The girl came voluntarily, She could't think that the judge woulg go so mad! Like all shy and insecure people thinking they are behaving well, she got nervous and felt unfairly attacked, seeing that her fairness was not taken into consideration, on the contrary to what she expected (also knowing the judge). And she was right, otherwise judge Caprio could not apologize

I don’t want to sound cold, BUT she was given a chance before and made a deal. All she had to do was call and explain. Everyone thinks on Her tragedy but what about Her Honor and Her Word? He gave her a chance and she blew it. See that’s the Negative side of being an Understanding individual. Some Folks, regardless of how wrong they are, and how much You go out of Your way will still try to get over. That’s just Human Nature. It’s also Human Nature to retaliate and say F You and give Her the Juice. Fortunately this Judge is more forgiving and understanding than I am.

if that story was sad then my story is suicidal and i didnt even think it was that bad
@KaiCluster3 жыл бұрын
@@brianhardaway9716 you might not want to sound cold, but you do. When someone that matters to you dies, and furthermore, when your life literally breaks apart, you are literally incapable of holding all aspects of it in it's place. It breaks and slowly reshapes back. What happened to her is common and totally understandable. @oxcuz Which part of the story? The one that she and her brother didn't have a mother and father? the part where the sibilngs were separated? The part where she found out that her grandmother, after finding out that she's terminally ill, wanted to spend her last days with her, only after she died - and will feel guilty about it for the rest of her life? Or the part where she now has to take care of her 16 years old brother, besides her own kid - while she herself just came out of her teen years? Yea, your story must be much sadder, especially if you are able to brag about it on the internet.
