They are going to wait until after the sale to sue you. You need her to have her give a statement that AP Seduced her so you can start the process of suing him for alienation of affection. Use the false police report to discredit his testimony along with his connections he exploited. See if you can cut out the middle man. As for your ex, tell her your silence isn't that cheep.

Looking to see if I can find it, but there was another update. Basically, Marcus' wife found out and went off the rails. This wasn't the first time Marcus cheated on her but was the last. He had signed a postnuptial agreement that his father created. Yeah, his father. When the wife filed for divorce, his family was on her side and he basically got eaten alive. OP's ex-wife got to witness this first hand as both of them were called into court to testify, and the video got shown. Both Marcus and her careers were over, at least in the area. The land deal was still in the works, but was taken over by a completely different person and Marcus and ex-wife were cut out of anything beyond what part the wife could get from the sale. And if I were to hazard a guess, most of the wife's part would go to lawyers anyway. OP did get his job back and gained a couple friends in Marcus' parents and wife. Also, it did come out who was buying the land, so everyone in the area went into "I'm gonna be rich!" mode.

@@reillycurran8508 Restraining orders can NEVER be made permanent except in certain cases. Like a released violence prone convict. 3 years to 5 years is the most common in domestic violence cases. In this case it's probably a 3 year order. Though upon reading the original articles on Reddit it seems there are complications with releasing the video because it involves 3 parties Him his soon to be ex-wife and Marcus.

You'd have better results just venting it out on your facebook wall without attempting to add AP's family and hope it spreads from there. Attempting to communicate by proxy is bad, attempting to leak the footage online is bad. The best you could hope for is someone takes the initiative to contact them on their own after seeing your venting, that you can prove there was no communication. Then if AP's wife contacts OP, then he has not violated the order. Still though, you'd have to prove if taken to court that you made no effort to communicate to AP's family and that it was limited to your own circle, unless there's a gag order on not talking about the case overall.

Good thing I live in a country where laws aren't as autonomously implemented as in US, but then as far as what I've read and heard, no fault state means division of assets will be inevitable, regardless of whose fault it is to cause for separation. It will also mean that should he still pursue, he'd have to file a civil lawsuit against Marcus (again, not a lawyer, but one of the likely things that he could do), but it's quite farfetched and it's not worth pursuing. Pro-tip: marry someone in the at-fault state, so the consequences for divorce will be devastating

The largest capacity .45 is the MM1911-A2 with a 19 (double stack mag) round standard capacity, more common .45's that I would assume he has are 7-10 rounds (got to count chamber capacity) my bet is that this story is either fake or exaggerated. While I feel shitty for him that his wife cheated and she's getting stuff because no fault states exist (which is the biggest BS), I can't feel sympathy for him being arrested/losing his job. A person that can go that crazy (except they are in a life or death situation) should not be having access to a gun... At all.
