3 years isn't enough for Spousal Support if the Cheater's wife is a SAHM. It should be based on the number of years married and the age of the people involved. You can't be out of the work force for more than 10 years without taking a serious hit and not be able to find work that would allow one to be self supporting. This reminds me of a similar story in a town I used to work in. A woman fell ill due to an unusual infection which ended up with a hysterectomy. Her husband and father of their 4 children dumped her while still recovering at the hospital. He was about to be engaged like 4 moths later and he got terminal kidney failure and his stupid wife took him back and took care of him.
