The Young Offenders Act needs to be over hauled and the age needs to be dropped back to 13 or 14. So many of these kids we see in the system know its a joke. Bringing back work gangs would be a nice thought. Get them contributing back to society. I know the unions don't want jobs taken away from their members … so there's that stupidity.
