They use welded steel tracks here so they're quieter than the old style that were bolted together in short sections. You may have seen some of the exact same locomotives that come through here. Happy New Year !!! did someone paint the wonder bread on the side of train car ? it looked so perfect .the area your filming is so beautiful . my husband said he was surprised at how long the train is and he wouldn't want to be caught at the cossing .

Happy New Year to you too! That was indeed graffiti! Many of the graffiti artists are quite good. I normally see some of the same cars going back and forth through here, but I haven't seen this one again since the video was shot. We frequently have trains that are 11,000 to 12,000 feet long. Just about could have a tailgate lunch if there's no other way around. The area with the woods is pretty though and is only a few miles south of where I usually film.
