This judge is beyond God. She said $150 and he knew she was stretching her financial with that statement, he reduces down to $50, and then he asked would that leave her broke. Incredible judge!

Are the school zones 20 mph limit? I think first of all 10 mph over is way too high before you start charging people and secondly, I don't buy Judge Caprios 1 mph leniency rule based on "uneven calibrations" because surely any deviation on the part of the cities cameras would already be accounted for on the initial 10. I get why he gives people breaks and that's fine, but a school zone is a school zone and going 10 mph above the limit is already waay too much.
