Outstanding, Robin! What appeals to me most about this recipe (besides the fact that it's delicious) is that it's low carb! I'll be making this one!

I absolutely have to try this. I love cauliflower, but have never roasted it. Oddly I roast most vegetables on the grill for other dishes.

Robin that looks wonderful. I love that you used yogurt instead of canned soup and mayonnaise. I made a broccoli casserole recently and I used mayonnaise and canned soup like the recipe called for and I couldn't even stand the smell of it. I love vegetables but it will be a while before I eat broccoli again. You cook very healthy and I appreciate that.

Thank you bebebutterfield! You might have been better off just roasting that broccoli in the oven. If you haven't tried it, it's amazing that way. Thanks for your comment!

While I'm not a fan of cauliflower, you do make this look tempting.

Hey Thaneii, It's the best tasting cauliflower I've had in a long time! You've got to roast the cauliflower in the oven for amazing flavor (don't steam it). I hope you will give it a go and let me know how you liked it! Have a wonderful day!

wow looks amazing :) is this possible with steamed cauliflower or mashed cauliflower?
@RockinRobinCooks10 жыл бұрын
Roasting the cauliflower really makes this dish. You can steam it as I mention in the video but I'm not sure about mashed cauliflower. If you try it, let us know.

I guesstimated the amounts of vinegar and yogurt, and I added some fresh cracked black pepper and a couple cloves of fresh, thinly sliced garlic. Cauliflower has never tasted soooo good. Thanks Robin.

you cand put yogur,mayonez,ketchap , mix them together with little salt and pepper and rub it of the califlower , at the end put some greated cheese and in oven for 5 min.. then serve it alone of with meat or chicken

I usually steam it or stir fry it. I was trying to make a cheesy thing to get hubby's son to eat vegetables. He will be 20 in 2 months and still hates vegetables like a 5 year old. Drives me nuts. I have roasted it, it's ok roasted but cauliflower is better roasted. I have a deep fryer and some times I'll throw big chunks of cauliflower in it and fry for 2 minutes and dab the oil off with paper towels then salt and pepper. It's a lazy way of roasting it and if it isn't breaded it won't absorb any oil. Pretty tasty stuff.
